I got a little Pinterest inspiration this weekend that I couldn't help but act on. I saw this image of coffee mugs being used for potted plants and was immediately taken. You see, I have a bit of an addiction to collecting eclectic pottery. With only two coffee drinkers in our house, though, we never get to give some of these mugs the love that they deserve. I thought this use would put them on display and give them a new purpose (plus provide me with a little extra space in my cupboard.....).
I love staring being able to stare at all the pretty mugs now. Such a great addition to my kitchen window!

Definitely makes the mess in my cupboard a little less overwhelming. Plus, I've always hated unloading the dishwasher and trying to jam mugs strategically into an overstuffed cupboard. This makes it a little less painful. And, now at least I can sort of justify not getting rid of all of those cozy coffee cups:) I'm with you on the sentimental note! Hope all is well with you!
