In preparation for the 4th of July, I was searching Pinterest for a festive dessert. I came across this recipe and decided to give patriotic chocolate covered strawberries a try.
All you need are fresh strawberries, white chocolate and blue sprinkles.
(Michaels always has a great selection of sprinkles.)
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes and stir. Then start dipping the strawberries in the chocolate and then into the sprinkles.
Lay the chocolate strawberries onto wax paper and refrigerate for an hour.
