What could be easier than no bake snack?! These are the perfect amount of deliciousness, packed with protein, fiber and some chocolate for good measure. We also made these when my friend was in town and adapted the recipe from here.
Ingredients:
1 cups dry oats
3/4 cup toasted coconut
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup dark chocolate (always buy the good chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup agave nectar
Mix it all up!
Then roll the mix into small balls. We doubled the recipe above and ate some after we made them and then stuck the rest in the freezer for snacks on the go! Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteDon't you love these!!! I make them a bunch with ground chia also. Just made them again the other day and added some dried cranberries- really good!
