I am a huge coffee lover. Every morning I wake up and begin my morning ritual of making coffee. I hate to admit it but I have become a coffee snob and for this I can thank my mother and brother. I only like my coffee black and I want it to taste rich and delicious.
Now that summer is upon us I am really digging iced coffee. My iced coffee is never not always consumed quickly with two munchkins running around. So I usually find myself bummed out at the thought of drinking watered down, lukewarm 'iced coffee'.
Yesterday, I took my leftover coffee and made coffee ice cubes. I can't believe I didn't think or hear about this sooner.
So easy + delicious!
