Ever since Dalton told me about how much she loves her infinity scarf. I have been admiring them from afar. I have had my eye on this one from American Apparell.
Then I saw a post entitled, The Easiest DIY Infinity Scarf. I was intrigued and pulled out an old shirt and got to work.
Which really only involved cutting the shirt. No sewing at all! How easy is that?!
(Please don't mind the cheesy self portrait!)
With the leftover tee I decided to cut the arm bands to make headbands for my daughter. I just embellished with some leftover fabric flowers I made from my lampshade makeover project.
I am pretty psyched that I was able to make a couple of projects with a shirt that I never wore. I also love that this entire project didn't cost a dime. I will definitely be checking out my husbands old shirt collection to make some longer scarfs!
